Barrel

Barrel is a standing light fixture, made from a used plastic beer barrel.

​These beautiful beer barrels are collected from local craft beer cafés. It’s quite a hustle for them to dispose the barrels, and not every one of them will end up being recycled.

The fixtures give the barrels a second life. By repurposing the waste, this lamp shows the beauty of left-over products and their potential longevity.

Barrel’s first version is made with a concrete foot. The latest version uses a wooden construction.
